Hello Andreas, Are you using the Voyager Pro HD with a BT300 dongle? The SDK will only work with a dongle, it won't work with the native Bluetooth. Let me know if this has helped. Regards,Sandra

Hello Andreas, The current Desktop SDKs for Windows and Mac platforms are designed for our USB product range. For the Voyager Pro/Legend you will need a BT300 dongle if you want to use it with the SDK....
